    • Submit print out of the online application form along with the required documents to the Licensing Unit
    • Received for scrutiny in Licensing Unit
    • Scrutiny of application and documents by Licensing Unit
    • Communication of deficiencies to the applicant through letter
    • Rectification of deficiencies by the applicant
    • Requisition of reports from the district/traffic police, and Delhi Fire Service
    • Receipt of report from district/traffic police, and Delhi Fire Service
    • Internal processing of the application
    • If grant or renewal of the license is approved, payment of fee at Licensing Unit through debit/credit card

  • The Premises License for Amusement Park is valid for the year from 1st January to 31st December.
  • If you intend to set up an Amusement Park, then you need to obtain a premises license for Amusement Park which is granted/regulated under the provisions of the Regulation for Licensing and Controlling Places of Public Amusement (Other than Cinemas) and performances for public amusement, 1980.
  • You have to apply at the office of the Jt. CP/Licensing, Defence Colony Police Station, New Delhi for obtaining Premises License for Amusement Park.
  • The following documents are required for granting of Premises License for Amusement Park- ? Proof of owner ship Lease Deed/Rent Agreement for Amusement Park ? 04 sets of the Key/Site Plan of the Proposed premises ? Four Photographs of the Proposed premises from different angles. ? Authorization letter/Board Resolution in favour of applicant ? Proof of Identity of applicant (Aadhaar/voter Id/Driving License/Passport/PAN Card etc.) ? Address proof of applicant (Aadhaar/voter Id/Passport/Electricity Bill) ? GST Registration Certificate ? Valid Health Trade License issued by MCD/ NDMC ? Fire Safety Certificate
  • NOC/report of following agency/department is required for obtaining the Premises License for Amusement Park:- ? Local Police & Traffic Police ? Electrical Department GNCT Delhi. ? MCD/NDMC Health Department, ? Delhi Fire Service ? Sports Authority of India ? MCD Executive Engineer (Auto) ? Character Verification of applicant.
  • Following NOC/Documents are required for renewal of Premises License for Amusement Park:- ? NOC from Local Police & Traffic Police ? NOC from Electrical Inspector GNCT Delhi ? MCD Health Trade License, ? GST Registration, ? Fire Safety Certificate from Delhi Fire Service, ? Inspection report of SAI Swimming Coach, ? NOC from MCD Exe. Engineer (Auto).
  • The fee for grant and renewal of Premises License for Amusement Park is Rs. 20/-per day i.e. Rs. 7300/- per year. (The fee is paid only by debit/credit card at the fee counter in Licensing Unit.)
