    • Communication of deficiencies to the applicant through letter

    • Receipt of report from district/traffic police, and Delhi Fire Service

  • FThe number of seats in the Auditorium is decided by the Building Department of MCD/NDMC.
  • Auditorium license is valid for the year from 1st January to 31st December.
  • The license for Auditorium is granted/renewed and regulated under the provisions of the “Regulation for Licensing and Controlling Places of Public Amusement (Other than Cinemas) and performances for public amusement, 1980.
  • You have to apply on the website www.delhipolicelicensing.gov.in. The following documents are required to be submitted for granting the Auditorium License:- • Proof of Ownership • A true copy of NOC granted under Regulation 5 • Authorization letter/Board Resolution in favour of applicant • A true copy of building permission under Regulation 99. • Two copies of Sanctioned Building Plans. • Proof of Identity of applicant (Aadhaar/voter Id/Driving License/Passport/PAN Card etc.) • Address proof of applicant (Aadhaar/voter Id/Passport/Electricity Bill/Landline Telephone Bill/Rent/Lease deed or Property Ownership Documents etc.) • GST Registration Certificate • A copy of Occupancy/Completion Certificate. • Valid Health Trade License issued by MCD/ NDMC • Valid Fire Safety Certificate issued by Delhi Fire Service. • Fire Evacuation Plan duly approved by Delhi Fire Service.
  • NOCs/ Report of following agencies/departments are required:- • Local Police & Traffic Police • Electrical Dept. GNCT Delhi • Delhi Fire Service • MCD/NDMC Health Department • Concerned Building Department • Character Verification Report of the applicant.
  • Following documents are required for the renewal of Auditorium License:- • MCD/NDMC Health Trade License • NOC from Electrical Inspector GNCT Delhi, • NOC from Building Department • NOC from Local & Traffic Police • Valid Fire Safety Certificate from Delhi Fire Service.
  • Fee structure for grant/renewal of Auditorium License is as under: Auditorium License (Renewal & Grant) Upto 200 seats Rs. 50/- 201 to 500 seats Rs. 70/- 501 & above seats Rs. 90/- (The fee is paid only by debit/credit card at the fee counter in Licensing Unit.)
